		<description>The big sort of fees that bother me are ones that come from natural monopolies.  You have your cable companies that require set top boxes that are additional fees on top of the quoted price.  Then you are locked in a proprietary system.  I believe this falls under the unlawful bonding clause of certain antitrust acts, but of course, the government actually enforcing its laws on a corporate entity is a false ideal any more.</description>
